How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After you complete the payment process, you will receive an order confirmation that your payment was properly processed. Then, at your registered email address, you will get an order confirmation email. If you are a registered member, you can also check the status of your order in the “MY ACCOUNT” area.
How can i track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, or you can log in to your account and click the order history to view the order status.
Is an account required to place an order?
No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly advise creating an account on our website to expedite and simplify your shopping experience.
How can I change my products, address, or phone number after placing an order?
Your address, phone number, or product details cannot be changed once your order has been placed. Because the majority of orders will be processed and shipped within a short period of time, we do not recommend changing order details. However, if you require further assistance, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we can help you. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if an ordered item is out of stock or you are unable to fulfil the order?
Out of stock
If you want to buy an item that is currently out of stock, please contact us at email@example.com and we will notify you as soon as the stock is restocked.
Unable to fulfil order
If we are unable to fulfil an order after you have placed it, please contact us, and our team will contact you and initiate a refund request. Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed directly into the debit/credit card or online account used to make the payment. The amount is usually reflected in your account 7 to 21 working days after the refund request was submitted.
What if I receive a defective product or an incomplete order?
If we send an incomplete or incorrect order, we will replace it with the correct products.
If the product has a manufacturing defect (i.e. torn, stained, or incorrectly stitched), we can offer a replacement product or a credit note. We will also pay for return shipping.
